Terms & Conditions a6str — A Transparent and Fair Platform Agreement for Malaysian Players

1Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age & Residency Requirements

The a6str platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria, without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not appearing on any active exclusion or self-exclusion list.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at a6str. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts are found to be linked to the same individual by any means — including the same device, same IP address, same payment method, or similar personal details — a6str reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all outstanding balances, bonuses, and winnings without prior notice.

1.3 Registration Information Accuracy

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. This includes your full name, MyKad or passport number, Malaysian phone number, and email address. a6str reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your account, including copies of your MyKad, utility bills, or bank documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your a6str account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends. a6str will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

2Deposit & Payment Methods

2.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

A6str accepts deposits exclusively through the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Credited instantly
• GrabPay — Credited instantly
• Boost eWallet — Credited instantly
• ShopeePay — Credited instantly
• DuitNow — Credited within 5 minutes
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, etc.) — Credited within 5–10 minutes

2.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 10. The maximum daily deposit limit may vary depending on your membership tier and chosen payment method. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — depositing via another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.3 Currency

All transactions on the a6str platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. No foreign currency exchange rates apply. Your account is held in RM and all winnings are displayed in RM.

2.4 Deposit Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your a6str account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering. a6str operates a strict monitoring system and reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

3Withdrawal of Winnings

3.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must meet the following requirements:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been fully completed with valid documents.
• The payment method used for your deposit has been verified in your name.
• There are no active investigations into your account.
• All wagering requirements for claimed bonuses have been met.

3.2 Limits & Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM 30. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements are processed by the a6str team within 5 to 15 minutes on standard business days. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours. There is no limit on the number of withdrawals you can make in a day, subject to the daily limits set according to your membership tier.

3.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can only be processed to the payment method that same as the one used for your deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the a6str support team. This is a standard security procedure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4Bonus & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by a6str are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum bet limits as defined for each offer. The specific terms for each bonus are stated separately on the relevant promotions page.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

Welcome bonus of up to RM 500 (100% match on your first deposit) is a one-time offer for each new a6str member. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30× (thirty times) the combined total of your deposit and bonus before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering must first use all deposit credits before bonus credits are applied.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

A6str has zero tolerance for any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements (bonus hunting), the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or the use of prohibited betting strategies. Should such abuse be detected, a6str reserves the right to void all bonuses, winnings, and credits in the account concerned without notice.

4.4 Cashback & Ongoing Promotions

Weekly cashback and other ongoing promotions offered to a6str members are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. a6str reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to the members concerned.

5Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a6str platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors within the a6str system.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the a6str platform.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other members or a6str staff.

5.2 Player Responsibilities

Every a6str member is solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. a6str accepts no liability for any legal consequences that may arise from use of this platform in contravention of your local legislation.

6Responsible Gaming

6.1 a6str's Commitment

A6str is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all our members in Malaysia. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take this responsibility seriously.

6.2 Self-Control Tools

All a6str members can access the following self-control tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limit — Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Loss Limit — Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a single gaming session.
• Play Time Reminders — Receive automatic alerts when your set session time has been reached.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — Temporarily suspend your account (7, 30, or 90 days).
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account. This action cannot be reversed.

8Liability Limits & Disclaimers

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The a6str platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, but we make no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. a6str is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues.

8.2 Liability Limits

A6str's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made. a6str is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

8.3 Changes to Terms

A6str reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email address or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, unless otherwise directed by a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
